Master Koii's In Flavor Town Redefines Pan Asian Cuisine For You

In this blog post, I cover Master Koii's, a new comfort food restaurant in Flavor Town Gurgaon that takes you on a beautiful culinary adventure across South East Asia.

Having lived in South Korea for more than seven years, I developed a very strong liking for the local and regional cuisines of Korea. Traveling across the length and breadth of the country fueled my curiosity even further since I wanted to know what the locals were eating and what the history was behind the food!

Unfortunately, after returning to India in 2012, at least for the first few initial months, I couldn't find even a single Korean restaurant of repute. Partly because Korean food, generally speaking, is not very popular with the masses here, more so given the hordes of Chinese or Japanese cuisine restaurants that have opened up over the years.

Surprisingly, the newly opened Master Koii's outlet in Flavor Town Gurgaon serves wonderful Korean food. The menu is not as extensive but it is still a brilliant start. Apart from introducing regular Korean fare like Gimbap (Korean Sushi), the menu also includes popular Pan Asian dishes from China, Thailand, and Malaysia.

In case you're wondering where the 'Koii' in Master Koii's comes from, well, the "Koi Fish" stands for hard work and persistence. Every single dish here resonates with this name; the chefs cook every day with the utmost sincerity to ensure whatever reaches your plate is nothing less than spectacular.

So get ready for a culinary adventure across South East Asia, with dishes ranging from the mysterious but delectable 'Bibimbap' from Korea, all the way up to the classic and friendly fried rice with a Master Koii's twist.

Try the Chinese Hamburger for starters and surprise your palate with its unique taste. From classic Rendang Curry of Malaysia to my ever-favorite Thai Red Curry, Master Koii's has a lot to offer!

The menu boasts of a melange of innovative as well as classic dishes, like the Disco Fries or the Jianbing (Chinese Crepes), ready to satiate your hunger and tinkle those taste buds.

The brainchild of mother-son duo of Sonia Parti and Abhinav Rai Parti, Master Koii's serves the choicest recipes across a wide oriental selection, much to my liking!

Sonia has been in the food industry for over a decade and carries immense experience with her. Her son, Abhinav, studied Industrial Psychology from the States before realizing that opening his own restaurant was in fact his true calling. Together, the mother-son duo ensures that your experience at Master Koii's is nothing short of incredible.

The ethos of this outlet lies in Rai's staunch belief of procuring high-quality produce and fresh cooking.

What I loved the most at Master Koii's is that they serve handmade noodles, especially rolled for you by in-house chefs. Other specialty includes the homemade sauces, dressings, and dips, that are worth a mention!

Understanding your rush for time and the luxury of a meal in the comfort of home, Master Koii's takes pride in providing an efficient food delivery model, assuring a prompt home delivery of freshly prepared orders with high hygienic standards and taste preserved packaging.

The ever-loving Master Koii's is waiting for you. Drop in for a meal sometime ... and you can thank me later!
