This CIRCUS Is A Riot Of Flavors

It's that time of the year again! The new year is around the corner and everyone seems to be in a celebratory mood already.

Celebrate this festive season with the CIRCUS, a new casual dining property in South Extension II Delhi. True to its name, the CIRCUS is one of a kind restaurant telling a global story through its Indian-influenced flavors.

The brainchild of popular restaurateurs, Shivkaran Singh and Sunny Singh, CIRCUS will elevate your gourmet experience right from the word go.

CIRCUS is a beautiful conjugation of casual dining restaurant and alfresco cocktail bar spread across 10,000 square feet, ready to create a memorable experience for its patrons.

The multilevel property is both spacious and edgy; as a matter of fact, the stylish contemporary setting with funky wooden decor is the first thing that you're bound to notice. Unconventional designs and patterns adorning every wall and floor perfectly complement the overall theme of this restaurant. Other things worth mentioning are the high gymnast tables and booth seats, trick mirrors, artistic chandeliers, and an elevated DJ console - to create a lively, magical circus-like ambiance.

If you're a sucker for Alfresco dining, enjoy a night under the stars with your loved ones at the Terrace Bar. This is also one of my favorite spots at the CIRCUS - here you can order from an eclectic selection of drinks or savor absolute fresh, high-quality meals from the live kitchen. And while it's ideal on a sunny winter afternoon, the terrace also offers a snug, covered area under an open teepee; the ideal place to curl up and watch the world go by! Just above the Terrace Bar, you can get a spectacular 360 degrees view of the city.

The all-day diner offers an array of global and regional street foods. My favorites include Mini Samosas (available in two variants - Chilli Veg Punjabi and Mutton Keema Mutter), Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Sweet Chilli Sauce, and Hawrah Jhalmuri (made of Puffed Rice, Sev, Peanuts, Coconut, and Kasundi). In short, comfort food at its best!

Talking of food, you have to try the Tiffin Meals at CIRCUS; savor few of the best-known dishes from regional India like the Andhra Chicken Curry (with lime rice/Malabar parantha), Hyderabadi Kadhi Pakoda, Butter Chicken Khichdi, and Mutton Ghee Roast.

With over 300 plus dishes to choose from, dining at CIRCUS literally adds flavors to your conversations.

There are plenty of reasons to visit the CIRCUS like free valet parking, free WiFi, live music, air conditioned seating, etc.

The good food you once traveled a long distance for is just down the street at CIRCUS. So what are you waiting for? Come, satisfy your food craving and wanderlust, while reliving your childhood memories yet again.

An evening at CIRCUS will be a riot of flavors; I promise you that!
