With La La Land Gurugram, Your Thrill Ride To An Incredible World Has Just Begun

In this blog post, I cover La La Land, a new casual dining restaurant and microbrewery in Global Foyer Mall, Golf Course Road, Gurugram.

Last week I was invited to one of the biggest F&B properties in Gurugram ... and it was nothing like I had ever seen before ... I kid you not!

La La Land embarks on a new mystical journey, spanning across 10,000 square feet in covered area, with its awe-inspiring ambiance, unusual spirits, authentic and flavorful food, and unmatched service.

The brainchild of four school friends - Harish Yadav, Navin SejwalShine Ramakrishnan, and Saurav Sachdev - La La Land impresses from the word go!

La La Land is not just any other casual dining restaurant that you'll end up visiting. The 200-cover restaurant, which opened its doors last month only, offers the best of multicuisine fare.

Chef Deepak Nautiyal is at the helm of affairs in the kitchen, churning out popular authentic dishes from different parts of the world. You will love everything about the lunch and dinner menu here.

If you're coming to La La Land expecting fusion food, you're in for a lil disappointment. Fusion food is a strict no-no here, as the focus is on churning out authentic regional and global dishes.

Most vegetarian salads that you'll eat at La La Land are made from microgreens grown in-house.

My recommendation for food would be Laal Maans, Dum Ka Galouti Kebab and Five Hummus Pita (Pita Bread served with five different varieties of Hummus such as Parsley Hummus, Beetroot Hummus, Sundried Tomato Hummus, Chickpeas Hummus, and Green Peas Hummus).

Chef Deepak also prepared an exclusive mixed non-veg platter for me, with truffle fries, crispy chickpea chaat, sriracha chicken skewers, yam kebab, and chicken tikka anardana.

With the opening of its much talked about microbrewery, expect an array of delightful German beers like German Wheat, Vienna Lager, Stout (Dark Beer), and Alfresco Mango Beer.

Enjoy your favorite beers with German sausages while listening to the best of Club Music in the Front Beer Garden.

That said, don't forget to visit the chic bar area, where you can sip your favorite cocktails infused with in-house syrups, chilled beers, or exotic concoctions seated next to a whopping 40 feet bar. The Single Malts collection at La La Land is even bigger than the very popular Whisky Samba!

My recommendation for drinks would be Jasmin Infused Vodka and La La Land Sour (made with Staraneze and Orange Liqueur). You can also try the Red Zone, made with Gin and Strawberry Shrub.

Also, look out for Mixologist Mandeep Yadav and let him know your preference of base or flavor. He will churn out a surprisingly refreshing cocktail in a matter of minutes, custom-made just for you! To keep things interesting, the cocktail menu changes every three months.

Apart from food and drinks, the other highlight at La La Land is the stunning decor. Vaulted ceilings with exuberant pop art and chandeliers will definitely win you over, so will the visually appealing red floor.

I absolutely loved the beautifully decorated mezzanine floor which has a private dining room for a small group of 5 to 10 people.

That's not all!

If you're in the mood of crooning with entertaining live artists, be in the thick of the action by grabbing a seat at the high top tables.

If you prefer lounging, grab a secluded area with plush leather upholstery.

What's amazing at La La Land is the perfect attention to details. You can request power banks in case your phone's battery konks off. If you have a charger, plug it into a Charging Station available behind every seat!

The thrill ride to an incredible world has just begun! La La Land is now open. Come and live the #MagicallyTrue times.

[Average cost of a meal for two people: INR  2500
Operational hours: 12 noon to 12 midnight]
